The spring weather was lovely and the gardens were starting to look more alive and colourful. It would have been a good time to celebrate spring with a village show.
Sadly the Coronavirus pandemic meant that it was No-Show Saturday. Perhaps this lovely picture from Joy and Kristina Lawson might bring some cheer. It's a cactus grown from one rescued from Joy's mother's house about 30 years ago, and would have appeared in the Spring Show. They call it 'Gran's Red'. Some of these cacti were sold in Tewin Stores last year, so they will continue propagating them.....
