The minutes of the previous AGM were agreed and the reports of the Chairman and Treasurer were received. The accounts for year ending 31 October 2020 were accepted.
The current committee members were re-elected and Graham Spring was again elected as Independent Examiner for the accounts.
Jim Hall gave an overview of the events that THACS was planning for 2021.
In advance of the meeting Gerry Murphy had submitted a question about the number of visits to the THACS webpages during 2020. Malcolm Allen presented some data in response.
