A32 Laying part of Planned footpath 2014

They are laying a new footpath opposite 59 Upper Green. The  completed footpath has a macadam surface. We cannot expect the promised new footpath to be given that kind of treatment. But people of Upper Green desperately do  need a footpath to Lower Green.
